General powers of a limited liability company

Subject to any limitations provided in this Act or any other law of Belize or its articles of organisation or operating agreement, every limited liability company shall have the same powers as a natural person, body corporate or unincorporated entity to do all things necessary or convenient in furtherance of its purposes irrespective of company benefit and whether or not enumerated in its articles of organisation.
