Interpretation
Cap. 27, s. 2 · Revised Edition 2020
In this Act, “officer” means any person appointed by the Governor- General, Prime Minister, or a Minister to be–
(a) a member of any committee or board;
(b) a commissioner of any kind; or
(c) a visiting justice of any prison.
