Exemption

A registered insurer seeking to qualify for the exemption referred to in section 15(6) of the Act shall submit a signed undertaking to write only business ceded to that registered insurer by one or more registered insurers holding an A.M. Best or a similarly acceptable current insurance rating of B+ or above.
