Minister’s power to vary Schedules

The Minister may by Order published in the Gazette, (a) vary the form of First Schedule provided such variation does not, in any material respect, change the substance of that Schedule; or (b) subject to the affirmative resolution procedure of the House of Representatives modify, delete, repeal or replace any Schedule to this Act in whole or in part.
