Appeal procedure

(1) An appeal under sections 20(4), 31 and 32 of this Act, shall be made by, (a) way of summons to a Judge in Chambers; and (b) serving the Minister with a notice of appeal within twenty-one days or such longer periods as the Judge may allow, after receipt of the notices required under section 20(4), 30(2) or 32 of this Act, as the case may be. 34 (2) The bringing of an appeal under sections 31 and 32 of this Act, suspends the decision appealed against, pending the determination or abandonment of the appeal.
