Form and conditions of certificates and licences

(1) A certificate or a licence may be granted subject to such terms, conditions, restrictions or limitations as the Minister sees fit to specify therein. (2) A certificate or a licence shall, (a) be in such form as may be directed by the Minister; 31 (b) be admitted in all courts as prima facie evidence of the facts stated therein; and (c) remain in force until it is cancelled.
