Registrar to register recognized private and professional funds

Where the Minister grants recognition to a private or professional fund, he shall direct the Registrar accordingly and the Registrar shall, (a) enter the particulars relating to the private or professional fund in the register maintained by him for the purpose under section 6 of this Act; and 27 (b) issue a certificate of recognition to the private or professional fund as directed by the Minister showing the date of recognition.
