Commencement of section 4 of Act No. 34 of 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 26 of the International Banking (Amendment) Act, 2002 (No. 34 of 2002) and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, SAID W. MUSA , Minister responsible for banks and banking, do hereby appoint the 1st day of November 2004, as the day on which section 4 of the said Act [repealing subsection (2) of section 3 of the principal Act], shall come into force. 2002.
