Procedure where none is laid down

In the event that any act or step is required or permitted to be done under this Act, and no form is prescribed or procedure laid down in this Act or regulations made pursuant to this Act for doing the same, the Central Bank, after consultation with the Minister, may in response to application made to it, or on its own motion, give directions as to the manner in which the same may be done, and any act or step done or taken in accordance with its directions shall be a valid performance of such act or step. down.
