Penalty for infringing capital requirements

The capital requirements prescribed in sections 16, 17 and 18 shall continue during the subsistence of a licence and a licensee who fails or neglects to maintain such requirements shall pay, on being called upon by the Central Bank to do so, three thousand dollars for each day that it failed to comply with the provisions of the said sections.
