Identity cards

A person wishing to open an account shall furnish his name in full, his address, and occupation. He shall affix his usual signature to a card which shall be in the form of the First Schedule of these Rules, supplied for the purpose which shall be kept on file at the Savings Bank for future reference. If the account is opened at a branch two cards must be signed, one to be filed at such branch and the other at Head Office. Fist Schedule.
