Trust monies, &c

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Rules, any money belonging to or held in trust for any infant, idiot person of unsound mind, or married woman or other person, which may be paid into the Supreme Court, may be paid into the Savings Bank and shall be subject to the orders of the said Court, provided that interest shall not be paid on any larger sum than ten thousand dollars.
