Proof of nomination, or death of depositor

(1) The Minister may, if he thinks fit, either before or after accepting a nomination or a revocation, and either before or after the death of the depositor, require its authenticity to be proved to his satisfaction. (2) The Minister may, if he thinks fit, require the death of the depositor to be proved to his satisfaction.
