Friendly society, &c

An application for the withdrawal of moneys deposited in the name of a friendly society registered under the Friendly Societies Act, charitable or provident institution, society, or club, or charitable bequest for schools, shall be made by the officers or members specified in the aforesaid application or direction to the Minister and the receipt of such officers or members shall be a good discharge to the Minister for the sum specified in such receipt.
