Person of unsound mind

Savings Bank Rules, r. 29 · Revised Edition 2020

An application for the withdrawal of moneys deposited in the name of a person of unsound mind shall be made by the committee of his estate, whose receipt shall be a good discharge for the sum specified in such receipt. &c. CAP. 317.
