Person of unsound mind
Savings Bank Rules, r. 22 · Revised Edition 2020
Where a first deposit is made on behalf of a person of unsound mind, such application as aforesaid shall be made by the committee of his estate, and in every such case the person shall specify the capacity in which he acts.
