Infant’s first deposit

Whenever a first deposit is made in the name and on behalf of an infant under seven years of age, such application shall be made by the person making the deposit, and shall be accompanied by a declaration in the form of the Second Savings Bank 11 Schedule to these Rules to be made by such person, stating the date on which such infant shall attain the age of seven years.
