Interpretation

In these Rules unless the context otherwise requires“branch” means any place at which savings bank business is transacted other than the Head Office; “deposit” means all monies, including interest, standing to the credit of a depositor; “depositor” means any person in whose name money is deposited in the Savings Bank; “Head Office” means the Public Treasury at Belize City; “pass book” means the book given to a depositor in which is entered a record of deposits and withdrawals.
