Damaged pass book

Should a pass book be found to be damaged on presentation, a new pass book, bearing the same number, and in continuation of the same account, may be issued in exchange on payment of a fee of twenty-five cents, provided that where the Minister is satisfied that the damage was not due to the fault of the depositor a new book may be issued free of charge. New pass books will be issued free of charge in exchange for exhausted ones.
