Enforceability and evidence of electronic funds transfer

(1) An electronic funds transfer and a record of an electronic funds transfer is enforceable and has the evidentiary value in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act and Electronic Evidence Act. (2) The Central Bank shall, in the implementation of the provisions of this Act, make or issue regulations, instructions or other relevant measures within its powers to cover specific issues on payment orders and money transfers executed by electronic messages, including, when relevant, protection of consumers of electronic payment instruments.
