Winding up or administration of participants not to affect finality

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any enactment relating to insolvency or bankruptcy– (a) the winding up of; or (b) the opening of scheme of administration in relation to, a participant, shall not affect the finality or irrevocability of any entry or payment which became final and irrevocable pursuant to section 38, before the copy of the relevant order or decision was lodged with the Central Bank.
