Central Bank to be notified of winding up

If an operator or participant in a system is wound up or placed in scheme of administration, the operator or participant at whose instance the winding up or the administration order or the decision, as the case may be, was issued, shall with no delay lodge a copy of the order or decision with the Central Bank. 44
