Disclosure of investments, etc

(1) A fund shall disclose when investments are made in companies in which the managers of the fund may have an interest. (2) The financial institution shall include in a prominent place in the prospectus a statement to the effect that the Central Bank accepts no responsibility whatsoever in connection with the management of the fund.
