Expenses of the statutory administration and indemnity

(1) The statutory administrator shall receive a remuneration determined by the Central Bank. All costs and expenses incurred on account of the statutory administration shall be borne by and charged to the licensee in statutory administration. (2) The Central Bank may indemnify the statutory administrator for the costs of any claims, causes of action, judgments, orders, fines, amounts paid in settlement, including attorneys’ fees, actually and reasonably incurred by such person in the performance of the functions of administrator or liquidator unless it is shown that such person acted in bad faith and in a manner inconsistent with the performance of his functions and duties or the exercise of his powers under this Act.
