Penalty

Any person who contravenes the provisions of sections 57, 58, 59, 60 or 61 or of any regulation, guideline, policy or procedure made pursuant to section 62 or section 63 shall, on being called upon in writing by the Central Bank, pay a fine not exceeding twenty-five thousand dollars for each day of such failure to comply. 117
