No liability for certain acts

(1) The Minister, the Governor of the Central Bank, any director, officer or employee of the Central Bank, any examiner appointed under section 80 or section 82, any statutory administrator appointed under section 86 or any liquidator appointed under section 106 is not liable in damages to any person for anything done or omitted in the discharge or purported discharge of their respective functions under this Act, unless it is shown that the act or omission was done in bad faith. (2) This section shall continue to apply to any person referred to in sub-section (1) after that person has left the office in question.
