Procedure for hearing appeals
Cap. 263, s. 130 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) The Appeal Board may make rules to regulate its procedure for hearing appeals, provided that such procedure shall comply with the rules of natural justice.
(2) In the event of any doubt or dispute arising on any question of practice and procedure, it may be settled by the Chairman of the Appeal Board, whose decision shall be final.
