Offences

Any licensee that fails to publish, or file any report, or pay or deliver any property presumed to be abandoned into the custody of the Central Bank in accordance with section 121 or 122 shall, on being called upon in writing by the Central Bank, pay a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars per day for every day of such failure to comply.
