Claims

(1) Any person claiming an interest in any monetary item or non-monetary item or in the proceeds from the sale thereof, which has been delivered into the custody of the Central Bank pursuant to section 121 or section 122 may file a claim thereto with the licensee and after an appropriate hearing by the licensee, the decision of which shall be communicated to the claimant, the Central Bank may deliver up such property or make payment to such person. (2) Any person aggrieved by a decision of the licensee pursuant to sub-section (1) may commence an action in the Supreme Court to establish his claim within thirty days following the decision of the licensee. 196
