Distributions

(1) When a schedule has been filed under section 112 in respect of a licensee, the liquidator may make a partial distribution to the claimants against the licensee whose claims are undistributed or allowed by the Central Bank, if the liquidator establishes an adequate reserve for the payment of disputed claims against the licensee. 182 (2) As soon as practicable after all objections against the distribution proposed by the liquidator have been heard and determined, final distribution of the assets of the licensee concerned shall be made by the liquidator.
