Amendment to schedules

Cap. 263, s. 11 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) The Minister, may, after receiving the recommendations of the Central Bank, by Order published in the Gazette, make amendments to any of the Schedules as he deems necessary. (2) Every Order made by the Minister under sub-section (1) shall be subject to negative resolution.
