Voluntary winding-up and insufficient assets

If the Central Bank determines that the assets of a licensee that is being voluntarily wound-up are not sufficient for the full discharge of the obligations of the licensee or that the completion of such a winding-up is being unduly delayed, the Central Bank may begin proceedings for the compulsory winding-up of the licensee in accordance with this Part.
