In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sections 2 and 6 of the Bank Undertaking (First Caribbean International Bank (Barbados) Limited Belize Branch) Vesting Act, 2015, I,
DEAN O. BARROW, Minister Responsible for bank and banking, do hereby appoint the 31st January 2016 as the “Appointed Day” for the purpose of the said Act.
