Power of Minister to give general directions

The Minister may from time to time after consultation with the Board of Directors give to the Bank in writing such directions of a general nature about its policy and operations as appear to the Minister to be necessary in the public interest. 37 SCHEDULE Derivative Transactions [Section 32A] 1.
