Assets and liabilities of the Monetary Authority to vest in Bank

Immediately upon the coming into operation of this Act, all assets and liabilities whether actual, accrued or contingent of the Authority shall be transferred to the Bank and all such assets hereby vest in, and all such liabilities shall hereby be enforceable against the Bank. 36
