Terms and conditions regarding credit to banks

The Bank may determine the general terms and conditions under which it extends credit to banks. In particular, the Bank shall determine and announce the rates of interest it will charge for rediscounting eligible paper under section 39 and granting loans or advances to banks under section 40.
