Bank to open account in favour of licensed financial institutions

The Bank shall open accounts for and accept deposits from, collect money and other monetary claims for and on account of licensed banks or such other licensed financial institutions as the Bank may in its discretion decide and generally act as banker to such banks or financial institutions. 28
