Bank to act as banker to Government, etc

(1) The Bank may act as fiscal agent and trustee of, and as banker to, the Government. (2) The Bank may also perform the functions of fiscal agent and trustee of, and banker to any specified public sector entity in accordance with and within the scope determined by any special arrangements made between the Bank and the public sector entity concerned. (3) The Bank may perform functions as agent for the Government for trading in Government securities.
