Making of order upon application

Upon the hearing of an application made under section 5, the Court may, in addition to any other powers, make any or all of the following orders– (a) an order prohibiting the person complained against from instituting, continuing or intervening in proceedings, or proceedings of a particular type, in any foreign State; or (b) any other the Court considers appropriate in relation to the person.
