Contribution towards compliance inspections

(1) In accordance with section 30C(9) of the Act, the Registrar may require a moneylender to contribute twenty-five percent of the costs incurred to perform a compliance (2) Notwithstanding subregulation (1)— (a) the minimum a moneylender may be required to contribute to a compliance inspection is $300 for each inspection at each location; and (b) the maximum a moneylender may be required to contribute to a compliance inspection is $600 for each inspection at each location.
