Reports to Register

(1) For the purposes of section 20 of the Act, every licensee shall submit to the Registrar reports containing information as the Registrar may direct. (2) The reports referred to in subregulation (1) must be submitted– (a) in such form and manner as the Registrar may direct; and (b) no later than 14th day of January, April, July or October of each year. (3) Every licensee shall, when so required by the Registrar, account for or explain any item or particulars appearing in any report submitted to the Registrar under subregulation (1). (4) Any person who– (a) fails to submit to the Registrar any report under subregulation (1); or (b) fails to comply with any requirement made by the Registrar under subregulation (3), commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000.
