Classes of moneylending licences

(1) Subject to section 7, a licence may be issued in one of the following classes– (a) a single store moneylender, which shall allow the holder to carry on moneylending business at the single address specified in the licence; (b) a master agent moneylender, which shall allow the holder to carry on moneylending business at the number of locations specified in the (c) a single store pawnbroker, which shall allow the holder to carry on pawnbrokering business at the single address specified in the licence; or (d) a master agent pawnbroker, which shall allow the holder to carry on moneylending business at the number of locations specified in the (2) The Registrar may prescribe qualifications, conditions and fees applicable to any class or classes of moneylenders licence referred to in sub-section (1).
