Establishment and Functions of the Registrar

(1) The Central Bank of Belize is the Registrar of (2) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Registrar shall– (a) licence, regulate and supervise moneylending business; and 14 (b) maintain an accurate and up to date Moneylenders Register in accordance with section 2E.
