Disciplinary measures

(1) The Registrar may take disciplinary measures against a moneylender under this section where it is– (a) entitled to take enforcement action under section 27F; or (b) satisfied that the moneylender has committed a regulatory violation. (2) The Registrar takes disciplinary measures against a moneylender by taking such actions as may be prescribed therefor. (3) For the purposes of this section, “regulatory violation” means– (a) a contravention of a provision of this Act or regulations or guidelines made or direction given under this Act; or (b) failure to comply with an AML/CFT 49
