Application and construction of sections 24 to 26

Sections 24, 25 and 26 of this Act– (a) shall apply to any transaction which, whatever its form may be, is substantially one of money lending by a moneylender; (b) shall not affect the rights of any bona fide assignee or holder for value without notice; (c) shall not be construed as derogating from the existing powers or jurisdiction of any court.
