Power of Attorney-General to delegate his duties

(1) Any duty which devolves on the Attorney-General by virtue of his office in relation to any civil proceedings or matter may by his direction be discharged by any person holding any office designated in Part I of the Schedule. (2) Any duty which devolves on the Director of Public Prosecutions by virtue of his office in relation to any criminal proceedings or matter may by his direction be discharged by any person holding any office designated in Part II of the Schedule. and
