Appointment of Registrar

(1) Pursuant to section 36 (1) of the Act, the Registrar of Limited Liability Partnerships shall be the Registrar of Companies and Corporate Affairs appointed pursuant section 221(1) of the Companies Act. Chapter 250. Limited Liability Partnerships [CAP. 258 7 (2) The Registrar shall design, develop, prepare and manage the seal to be used by the Registrar in the authentication of documents required for or in connection with the registration of limited liability partnerships and other purposes under the Act. (3) Any functions of the Registrar as provided under the Act or under this Order may, to the extent authorised by him, be exercised by the Deputy Registrar or any other member of staff of his office.
