Limited Liability Partnerships (Registration And Fees) Order, para. 2 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires “the Act” means the Limited Liability Partnerships Act.
(2) A word or phrase used in this Order but not specifically defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Act if it is defined in the Act.
