Regulations to amend section 7

(1) The Minister may by Regulations amend, substitute or repeal section 7. (2) Regulations made under sub-section (1), may make different provisions for different cases and contain such incidental, supplemental and transitional provisions as appear to the Minister to be necessary or expedient.
