Regulations relating to insolvent limited liability partnerships

(1) The Minister may make Regulations modifying all or any of the provisions of section 6(3) to (6) and the provisions of Part VI, in respect of their application to insolvent limited (2) Regulations made under section (1) may, (a) make different provisions for different cases and contain such incidental, supplemental and transitional provisions as appear to the Minister to be necessary or expedient; and (b) make a contravention of any of the provisions of the Regulations as an offence liable to a fine not exceeding the sum of fifty thousand 41 dollars or up to two years imprisonment, or to both a fine and imprisonment.
